Our automated assembly line includes a first of its kind electroluminescence tester. This allows us to find the types of micro cracks that most manufacturers are incapable of detecting, leading to improved product quality and reliability. Also, we ship directly from the factory in most cases, ensuring minimal damage caused by travel to and from warehouse space. We also warrant that our customer will receive 100% of the panel’s rated power at the time of purchase.
Warranty Information
Sonali Solar guarantees for 15 years from the date of shipment that our Solar PV modules are free from all defects in material and workmanship. Sonali Solar further guarantees the rated power output of its modules for a period of 30 years on our 24v Series. This guarantee affirms that the output will be at least 90% of the minimum power output during the first 10 years and 80% of the minimum power output in the next 30 years. Our 12v Series is a 10 year performance and 5 year product from all defects in material and workmanship.
